The Menopause Clarity Course Free

Eating well. Taking the supplements. Maybe even on HRT. And still exhausted, still not sleeping, and still watching the scale go up?

Your road to clarity

Less noise. Less symptoms. Less weight... in 30 days.

You're not short on effort. What you've been given is a collection of things to try, not a protocol. My free Menopause Clarity Course shows you why nothing has worked so far, what to stop doing straight away, and what's really sitting underneath the meno belly. Three short steps, done one at a time, with a pen and paper beside you.

Nikki, Menopause Mastery graduate
I feel better now than I did 20 years ago. Nikki, hot flashes and night sweats cleared through nutrition alone

"Laura, I'm doing everything right."

I hear that every single day. And most of the time, it's true.

Eating cleanMore proteinCut the carbsFastingWalking every dayMore classesMagnesiumCollagenAshwagandhaThe sleep supplement

You're eating well. Clean, organic, all the right foods. You've upped your protein. At some point you've probably cut the carbs, tried fasting, started walking every day or signed up for more classes.

There's a cupboard full of supplements. Magnesium, collagen, ashwagandha, the sleep one your friend swore by.

Maybe you're on HRT. Maybe you've had your bloods done and been told everything looks fine, or that it's just your age.

And you're still:

Waking at 2am, wide awake, and lying there for an hour

Exhausted by mid afternoon after a full night in bed

Watching the weight settle around your middle in a way it never used to

Bloated by the evening and foggy most of the day

Snapping at the people you love over things that never used to bother you

Somewhere along the way you've started to wonder if this is just how it's going to be now.

It doesn't have to be. But nothing will change while the answer keeps being "add one more thing."

The real reason you're stuck

Effort without a protocol is just effort

When a woman first comes to my practice, one of the first things we do is write down everything she's currently doing for her menopause. Every supplement, every food rule, the exercise, the HRT, the sleep tea. All of it.

Most women look at that list and feel a bit relieved. See? I'm doing loads.

Then I ask three questions about every single thing on it. Try it yourself.

30-second test

Is it a protocol, or just something you're trying?

Pick one thing you're doing for your menopause right now. Then answer three yes or no questions about it.

1What are you doing right now? Tap one.

2Now answer these about it.

Do you know the exact symptom it's for?

Not "menopause" or "my health." The actual symptom, like 2am wake-ups or sore knees.

Do you know how long it should take to work?

Four weeks? Eight? Twelve?

Can you point to a real change from it right now?

Not hoping. Not "I think so." Something you could actually measure.

Tap one thing above to start.

That's what most women are running on. It's no reflection on how hard you're trying. Nobody has ever shown you how a real protocol is put together.

A real protocol is built from your full symptom picture. It targets what's causing those symptoms. It has a timeline, and a way to check week by week whether it's working.

Everything else is a collection of things you're trying. And that is exactly why you feel stuck.

Why nobody has joined the dots

Your symptoms aren't random. They're a pattern.

Menopause symptoms don't turn up one at a time. When women sit down and properly write out everything they're dealing with, most of them land somewhere between 15 and 25 symptoms.

1 at a time

How most women get help. Something for the sleep, something for the hot flashes, eat less for the weight.

15 to 25

Symptoms most women find once they write down everything they're dealing with.

I call this fragmented care, and it doesn't work. Your sleep, your gut, your blood sugar, your stress hormones and inflammation all feed into each other. Treat them separately and you end up chasing your tail.

How long a symptom has been there matters too.

Woman oneI'm not sleeping.

Waking once a night, for a couple of weeks.

Woman twoI'm not sleeping.

Up every night for six months, getting through the day on coffee.

Same symptom on paper. Completely different starting point.

That's the work most women have never had done for them. The good news is you can start doing it yourself, with a pen and paper, this week.

What's inside

Three steps to clarity

Three steps, done in order. Each one has a short pen-and-paper task, and the task is the part that gets you the result.

Step 1

Diagnose the stuck

Before you change a single thing, we work out where you actually are.

  • Why nothing you've tried so far has worked, and the three questions every part of your plan has to pass
  • Your full symptom map across sleep, mood, energy, gut, weight, joints and hot flashes, plus the odd ones you've been putting up with like itchy ears, tingling skin or palpitations
  • Which of your symptoms are chronic, and why that changes where you need to start
  • A simple yes or no protocol check that tells you whether what you're doing now is a very weak, poor or strong protocol
Step 2

Delete the noise

You can't build anything on top of a mess. So first, we take things away.

  • The difference between eating healthy foods and having a healthy diet. They are not the same thing, and this one surprises nearly everyone.
  • The 8 signs your body isn't getting enough of what it needs to make its hormones
  • What to stop doing first, including the habits that quietly make your sleep, mood and weight worse
Step 3

Drop the weight

Now that you know what's going on, we look at the meno belly.

  • Why eating less and moving more has stopped working, and why it can make things worse
  • The 5 things that sit underneath weight around the middle in menopause
  • Why the question was never "how do I eat less?", and what you should be asking instead

By the end of the three steps, you'll have:

Your full symptom picture written down, probably for the first time

A clear view of which symptoms are chronic and need a deeper approach

An honest score on what you're doing now, and where the gaps are

A much shorter list, with three things you're stopping so there's room for what actually works

An understanding of what's driving your weight, and why eating less was never going to fix it

This course is for you if...

You're in perimenopause, menopause or postmenopause

You feel like you're doing everything right and your symptoms keep getting worse

You've tried the supplements, the diets, the fasting or the extra exercise, and you're tired of guessing

You've been told it's "just your age" and you know there's more to it

You'd rather understand what's going on than be handed another list of rules

It's not for you if you want something to binge in one evening.

You could watch all three steps before dinner tonight and feel very productive, and nothing would change. Each step has a task. The women who see results are the ones who do them.

Who I am

Laura Lambe

I'm a menopause practitioner, a member of the British and European Menopause Societies, and the founder of Menopause Mastery, a fully virtual menopause practice. My team of 12 medically trained specialists and I have supported more than 3,500 women to reduce their symptoms and lose weight, without gimmicks, diet pills or one-size-fits-all plans.

I also run The Menopause Lab, a free community of more than 60,000 women. I built it because I hate that so much good information is hidden behind paywalls. Every woman has the right to know what in God's name is going on with her body.

I've got nothing against HRT. Some of our clients take it and some don't. My job is to work out what's actually causing your symptoms, and that's what this course starts you on.

Menopause is normal. Struggling is not.

Before you sign up

Is it really free?

Yes. The course and The Menopause Lab, where it lives, are both free. No card details, no catch.

How long does it take?

About 75 minutes of video across the three steps, plus the pen-and-paper tasks. Spread it over a few days. One step, then the task, then the next one.

I've tried everything. Why would this be any different?

Because it isn't one more thing to add. It's the first time you'll look at everything you're already doing and see what's working, what isn't, and what's getting in the way. Most women find they need to do less, not more.

I'm on HRT. Is this still for me?

Yes. HRT can be a really useful tool, and the course works alongside it. It's just as useful if you'd rather not take HRT or can't.

I'm in perimenopause. Does that count?

Yes. Perimenopause, menopause or postmenopause. If your symptoms have changed how you feel day to day, this is for you.

What happens after I sign up?

The course lives inside The Menopause Lab, my free community on Skool. As soon as you sign up, I'll send your invite to your email and by text, and the next page takes you straight there. Already a member of the Lab? Just log in and head to the Classroom.

Is there anything to buy at the end?

No. At the end of Step 3 I'll invite you to my free live Weight Loss Resistance Masterclass, where we work out together what's driving your weight and build your next 30 days. That's free too.

You're already trying hard enough.

It's just been aimed at the wrong thing.

You don't need another supplement, another diet or another thing on the list. You need to know what your body is actually telling you, and what to do about it.

That's what these three steps are for. Grab a pen, set aside a bit of time this week, and let's start with where you actually are.
